Dubai Maritime City Free Zone (DMC) occupies a prime waterfront position on the Arabian Gulf, with seamless connections to open waters, Dubai International Airport, and an integrated public transport network. Split into Industrial and Commercial precincts, its Industrial zone offers state-of-the-art shipyards, yacht-refit facilities, and marine-equipment workshops that support 24/7 operations.
